On November 26, 2018, Dylan Duff attended the season 3 premiere of the Netflix series Travelers, created by Brad Wright. Travelers stars Eric McCormack, Mackenzie Porter, Patrick Gilmore, Nesta Cooper, Jared Abrahamson, and Reilly Dolman. Season 3 will be released on Netflix on December 14, 2018.

Duff was nominated in the same category as, and Montana Jordan of Young Sheldon and Nathan Blaiwes of Stove Tots. Dylan Duff was voted winner by the Young Artist Academy and he was awarded the prestigious award on July 14, 2018, in Los Angeles, California.

On November 10, 2018, Dylan Duff attended the 5th annual Joey Awards in Vancouver, British Columbia. Duff did not win but he was honored to be nominated amongst so many talented young artists in the entertainment industry. Dylan Duff also presented five categories at the Joey Awards, including best ensemble in a feature film, best ensemble in a television series, and most promising ensemble. These were awarded to The Midnight man, When Calls The Heart, and Flint.
